Bellydance for Kids — Bring more culture into your kids’ lives! Kids ages 6-12 will learn basic, traditional bellydance movements, history of the art form, and a short routine to be performed at an end-of-session recital for friends and family! This class will help young kids develop poise, self-confidence, and creative expression through dance. Bellydance is a great way to exercise and have fun! *Students should wear form-fitting clothes such as jazz pants and a form fitting t-shirt, or a ballet-style leotard with stockings or leggings. Bare feet are fine, but ballet shoes or jazz shoes may also be worn to protect the feet.			Thursday 5:15pm to 6:15pm Classes will begin in the Spring of 2012. Date TBD 8-week session: $80 Registration Fee: $15 (waived if pre-paid for entire session one week before 1st class) Minimum Enrollment: 5

Bellydance 101 Learn the basics of this Middle Eastern dance form with some modern and upbeat twists. Marjan’s integrative style of teaching will have you moving gracefully while you strengthen core muscles, develop poise, and have fun. No dance experience is required, but be ready for a good workout as you shimmy, isolate, and undulate.			Thursday 6:30pm to 7:30pm 10-week Enrollment: $100 Registration Fee: $15 (new students only) Minimum Enrollment: 5

Bellydance 102 So you have the basics, now it’s time to spice things up and expand your horizons! At this level you will begin to add layers to the basics, exercise memory with extended and mixed combo drills, learn how to dance with a veil, play finger cymbals (zills), and learn your first bellydance choreography. At this level, you need to bring a veil and a pair of zills to every class. Pre-requisite: Completion of Bellydancing 101 with Marjan or audition to demonstrate knowledge and beginner-level execution of the basics of Bellydancing (this is for students that have taken classes from other instructors)			Tuesday 6:30pm to 7:30pm 10-week Enrollment: $100 New Students: $100 (10-week pre-payment plus $15 registration fee) Minimum Enrollment: 5

Zumba with Marjan The Zumba program fuses hypnotic International rhythms and easy-to-follow Latin inspired moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness party program. The goal is simple: to dance yourself into shape!			Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:45pm to 8:45pm $5 per class or $30 monthly
